How this works
- Open the chat and ask in your own words, like “Why am I late?”
- Before the first online answer, see what gets sent and decide.
- Mia answers from your logs and can mark the day in your diary for you.
What does Mia know about me?
Your name and age, your cycle, how you feel, your notes, and Apple Health data if you connected it. Ask “Will my cramps be bad again?” and she might point out that cramps showed up in all six of your last cycles. Send her a photo of your lab results, a prescription or a medicine box, and she'll go through it with you.
What goes online, and when?
Before the first online answer, HeySis shows what goes to an AI service: your message and the context Mia needs. Say no, and the diary keeps working; you can also switch online answers off at any time. Mia's memory is stored on your phone, can go along with online requests, and you can edit or delete it.
Messages have a free allowance, and Premium raises it.
Common questions
Is Mia a doctor?
No. She explains and suggests what to track, doesn't diagnose and can make mistakes. If your message shows signs of something urgent, she'll tell you to get medical help.
What can I ask her?
Anything about your cycle: why you're late, whether it's PMS, when to take a test, how to ease cramps today. She can also change a reminder right in the chat.
Will Mia answer questions about sex?
Yes. Sex, condoms, STIs and the pill are ordinary questions here, and she answers them straight.
Is Mia a separate app?
No, Mia lives inside HeySis. Other apps named Mia are unrelated.
