Delete your HeySis account and data
You can delete everything HeySis knows about you by yourself, directly in the app — no emails, calls or forms required. HeySis has no traditional account: there is no email, phone number or password on file. Optional online features use an anonymous session, and the steps below erase it too.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open HeySis and go to the Profile tab.
- Choose Delete all data.
- Confirm.
This immediately and permanently:
- deletes your diary, settings and chat history from the device;
- deletes the synced copy of your diary from our servers, if cloud sync was on;
- revokes all sharing-circle connections and deletes shared statuses;
- unregisters push notifications and deletes the push token;
- empties the anonymous backend session, leaving nothing personal attached to it.
Deletion is effective immediately and cannot be undone.
If you subscribe to HeySis Premium, deleting your data does not cancel it. Apple handles the billing, so the subscription lives in your Apple Account: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions and cancel it there, otherwise it renews as usual. Cancelling and deleting are independent — you can do either, or both, in any order.
Deleting the app
Removing HeySis from your device deletes the local database as well. If you had cloud sync or a sharing circle enabled and want the server-side copy gone too, use Delete all data first, or contact us below.
If you need help
Email wantbefree48@gmail.com — for example if you deleted the app without resetting first and want us to verify nothing remains server-side. We respond and confirm within 30 days. Please do not include cycle details in the email.
