Common questions

How do I delete my account and data? Open Profile → Delete all data. This immediately erases the diary on your device and every server-side trace (synced copy, sharing circle, push token). Step-by-step guide: Delete your account & data.

Does HeySis work offline? Yes. The diary, calendar and predictions are fully local. Only the optional online AI, cloud sync and the sharing circle use the network.

Is Mia a doctor? No. Mia is an AI companion for educational support. She does not diagnose, and HeySis predictions must not be used as contraception.

HeySis does not provide emergency or medical services. For urgent symptoms, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.
