What can I log?

Log how heavy your flow is, symptoms like cramps, headache, sore breasts or acne, and a mood such as irritated, anxious or calm. There's room for sex too: protected or not, and how your sex drive is doing. The “wants” list has chocolate, company, a hug and some quiet.

How do I see my pattern?

Mood changes before a period are common, and the pattern shows once you note when they start and how hard they hit your day. The doctor's report counts it for you, for example “PMS symptoms in the final cycle days, in 3 of 4 cycles”. If PMS seriously gets in the way of your life every cycle, that's a reason to see a doctor, and your notes will be right there.

The whole diary is free: symptoms, mood and everything else you log.
