What stays on the phone?
The calendar, forecast and reminder dates are calculated on the device, where the doctor's report is made and calendar screenshots are read. Mia's memory is stored on it too; it can go along with online requests, and you can edit or delete it.
What goes online, and when?
Online answers from Mia in HeySis start after your consent: your message, any photo or file you attach, and the context she needs, like your cycle, mood and notes, go to an AI service. Cloud sync is optional. If you turn it on, entries are encrypted on your phone before they leave it; only their dates and change times aren't. Circle shares a status with the people you invite, and your symptoms and notes stay with you. Apple Health gets period flow and certain symptoms only if you allow writing, and never your notes or chats.
